Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Manage patient scheduling and maintain accurate medical records.

Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality.

Process patient payments and manage medical collections as needed.

Collaborate with dental staff to streamline office operations and enhance patient experience.

Utilize dental software for efficient record-keeping and appointment management.

Compensation: Competitive wage (top of range) plus performance based incentives and benefit package.
