We’re looking for a friendly, dependable patient coordinator with some dental office experience to join our team. Bring your great people skills—we’ll help you learn our systems!
Position details
Pay: $25+ per hour, based on experience, plus benefits.
Full-time or part-time, with scheduling flexibility based on availability and office needs.
Office days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Closed Wednesdays and weekends.
Location: In person.
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and assist with check-in and checkout.
Answer calls and messages with a friendly, professional approach.
Schedule and confirm appointments, follow up with patients, and help fill openings.
Verify insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient information.
Collect routine payments and support daily front-office tasks, with guidance as needed.
What we’re looking for
Some dental front-office or patient coordinator experience required.
Excellent customer service and phone skills are a must.
Dentrix exposure preferred, but not required.
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
A kind, supportive team player interested in a long-term position.
Advanced billing or office-management experience is not required. Training on our office systems and workflows will be provided.
