Dental Patient Coordinator

We are a family-owned, luxury dental practice in Phoenix seeking an elite Dental Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through comprehensive, high-value dental care in a refined, relationship-driven environment.

The Experience You’ll Deliver
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients pursuing advanced care
Confidently present high-dollar, comprehensive treatment plans with clarity and compassion
Communicate sedation dentistry options to anxious or high-expectation patients
Create a seamless, luxury experience—from first phone call through treatment completion
Build long-term patient trust that leads to outstanding case acceptance
Core Responsibilities
Present and coordinate complex treatment plans (implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, advanced restorative cases)
Guide patients through financial options using third-party financing platforms
Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette and follow-up skills
Schedule and coordinate multi-phase treatment with precision
Maintain detailed, accurate records in Open Dental
Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical leadership
Qualifications
3+ years experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a high-end or fee-for-service practice
Proven success with large treatment plan acceptance
Exceptional customer service, communication, and phone skills
Professional, polished demeanor with strong emotional intelligence
Comfortable discussing finances and long-term care
Experience with Open Dental preferred
