About Our Practice:
We love our patients, and we love our team! We are looking for an energetic, people-loving Patient Care Coordinator who can serve as the positive, welcoming face of our practice while keeping our hygiene department thriving.
What You Will Do:
Connect with Patients: Keep our chairs full by finding perfect appointment times that make patients happy and keep our office productive.
Drive Growth: Actively promote our practice to patients, highlighting the value of their oral health.
Reactivate Accounts: Pick up the phone daily to reconnect with overdue patients and bring them back into the practice.
Own the Schedule: Confidently fill last-minute openings and optimize the daily workflow.
Who You Are:
Extremely People-Friendly: You naturally build trust and rapport with people over the phone and in person.
Proactive & Driven: You enjoy the "hunt" of reactivating old accounts and aren't afraid of phone work.
Business-Minded: You understand how a well-balanced schedule drives overall office success.
Experienced: Previous dental front office experience is preferred.
