DENTAL PATIENT COORDINATOR -Join Our Dental Family!
Our established private dental practice in Glendale, Arizona is looking for an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team.

What You’ll Do
As a Dental Patient Coordinator, you’ll help create a positive experience from the moment a patient walks through the door or calls our office.
Your day may include:
Welcoming and checking in patients
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
Verifying insurance and reviewing treatment estimates
Collecting payments and handling paperwork
Helping keep the schedule running smoothly
Communicating with patients and the clinical team
Making sure every patient feels welcomed, heard, and cared for

Requirements
At least 2 years of dental front office experience
Experience and strong knowledge of dental insurance
High School Diploma or GED
Dentrix experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
