Dental Patient Coordinator – Customer Service & Sales
Endless Smiles Co. – Doral, FL
Full-Time | In-person
Endless Smiles Co. is looking for a professional, organized, and outgoing Dental Patient Coordinator - Customer Service & Sales to join our team.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, is comfortable discussing services and financial options, and can confidently help patients move forward with their dental care. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a positive, patient-focused attitude.
This is not a traditional receptionist position. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has a natural ability to build trust and create an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with new and existing patients.
Assist with scheduling, patient coordination, and follow-up.
Provide information about services, fees, and financial options.
Support patients throughout their experience at the practice.
Maintain accurate patient information and documentation.
Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams.
Assist with additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Sales or customer service experience preferred.
Dental or medical office experience is a plus.
Knowledge of dental insurance and Dentrix is a plus, but not required.
Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Compensation
$22–$26 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
High-performing team members may earn the equivalent of $40+ per hour in total compensation, depending on performance, skills, and overall contribution.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
