St. Matthews Family Dental – Louisville, KY
Full-Time | $18–$24 per Hour
Are you a friendly, organized, and patient-focused professional who enjoys creating a welcoming experience for others? At St. Matthews Family Dental, we're looking for a dedicated Patient Coordinator to join our team and help provide exceptional service from the moment patients walk through our doors.

What You'll Do
Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
Schedule appointments and manage the daily provider schedule
Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
Verify dental insurance benefits and patient information
Collect payments and discuss financial arrangements as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date
Coordinate with the clinical team to provide a seamless patient experience
Help keep the front office organized and operating efficiently
What We're Looking For
At least 6 months of dental front office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance verification, treatment scheduling, and patient communication
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
Dependable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
