Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Thursday | 9 AM – 4:30 PM Friday 11am-3pm

Position Overview
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who is highly organized, personable, and committed to providing outstanding service. This role is essential in guiding patients through their care journey—from the first phone call to treatment completion—while ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and kindness
Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries with excellent communication and attentiveness
Schedule and manage appointments to optimize the clinical schedule
Coordinate treatment plans and clearly communicate next steps to patients
Present financial options and assist with payment coordination
Verify insurance benefits and assist with claims (if applicable)
Maintain accurate and organized patient records
Follow up with patients to support case acceptance and continuity of care
Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative team
Help maintain a calm, efficient, and positive front office environment
Qualifications (Required)
Prior dental office experience is required
Strong communication skills are essential—both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to connect with patients in a kind, empathetic, and professional manner
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental, Dentrix, etc.) is a plus
Interest in biological or holistic dentistry is highly preferred
