DENTAL HYGIENIST — UP TO $75/HOUR!

*Lux Dental is growing, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team!*

Competitive Pay: Up to $75/hour based on experience and availability*
Opportunities available within our *Lux Dental locations in Quincy, Cambridge, and Saugus, Massachusetts.*
What You'll Do
As a Dental Hygienist at Lux Dental, you will play an important role in providing exceptional preventive dental care while educating and building long-term relationships with our patients.
Responsibilities include:
* Perform routine dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
* Perform scaling and root planing when indicated
* Complete comprehensive periodontal charting and probing
* Take and properly mount diagnostic dental X-rays
* Review patients' medical and dental histories
* Evaluate patients' periodontal health and communicate findings to the dentist
* Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
* Identify areas of concern and communicate potential treatment needs to the dentist
* Assist with patient education regarding recommended treatment
* Apply fluoride and other preventive treatments as appropriate
* Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation
* Follow OSHA, CDC, infection-control, and sterilization protocols
* Work closely with dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to provide an excellent patient experience

* A licensed *Registered Dental Hygienist in Massachusetts*

* Passionate about educating patients and improving their oral health
