Part-time Recare Coordinator (PT)
Description:
The Recare Coordinator will be responsible for answering phones, keeping track of schedules for the next 6 months, working recare to maintain full schedules of Hygienists- current and future. This position plays a key role in providing excellent customer service, managing patient schedules and ensuring efficient workflow.

Monday: 9:00 AM -2:30 PM
Wednesday: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM -2:30 PM
Every Other Saturday: 7:15 AM- 1:00 PM
Compensation:
$21- $23 per hour

Requirements:
Calling patients who are due/overdue and scheduled for current cleaning appointments
Keeping track of schedule for the next 6 months
Consistently working Recare to maintain full schedules of Hygienists-current and future
Contact patients with any changes in appointments
Tracking advances Cancels (1-3 days prior to appointment) as well as same day cancel/fail
Review schedules 3 weeks out
Inactivate patients who are no longer with the office
Move patients to their own account
Daily interaction and communication with Clinic Director Re: Hygiene schedules
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 15-30 pounds at time.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service, preferably in a dental office.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
Proficient in using dental office software and general office applications.
High school diploma or equivalent
