Dental Receptionist (1 year admin experience)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and proficiency with dental and electronic health record systems.

Requirements and duties include but are not limited to the below:
Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to promptly
Strong verbal, written and dental communication skills
Confirm appointments and recall patients
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
Know basic math and handling money
Verify insurance and present dental treatment plans to patients
Professional appearance
Be friendly, outgoing, and a great team worker
Be extremely organized, detail oriented, and be able to multitask
Must be able to answer multiple telephone lines
Capable of checking in and checking out patients, collections and payments
Following up with outstanding insurance claims and dispute claims
Position available immediately. We offer very competitive hourly pay; compensation will be based on experience. Benefits: paid holiday, vacation, 401-k, bonuses.

Location: East Plano, Texas.

Working Hours: Mon: 9-1; Tues: 9-6; Wed: 9–6; Thurs: 9–6; Friday: 9-6
Sat: 9–4 (one Saturday per month)
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
