Dental Receptionist

Dental Receptionist Full-Time Position
Our private dental practice, located in Hot Springs Village, is seeking a receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, updating patient records and insurance information, sending referrals, and checking patients out while collecting payments.

Previous dental experience is preferred. Qualified candidates should have excellent telephone and in-person communication skills, knowledge of dental terminology, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Office hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with rotating Friday shifts from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Pay range: $14 - $19 per hour, depending on experience.
