Job Description
Now Hiring: Dental Receptionist | Winston Salem
Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional looking to start or grow your career in the dental field? Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our warm, welcoming, and supportive team in Winston Salem.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails while responding to patient inquiries with professionalism and care
Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments while maintaining accuracy in Denticon
Collect, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance information
Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front office environment
Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support daily office operations
Complete additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in dental or medical administration required
Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable learning and using computer systems and office technology
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance with a friendly, team-oriented attitude
Ability to lift up to 15–20 pounds as needed

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is a North Carolina-based dental practice dedicated to making patients smile. With over 80 trained dentists and specialists, they offer a wide range of services including comprehensive dental cleanings, restorative crowns and fillings, wisdom teeth extractions, cosmetic teeth whitening, first dental visits, sedation dentistry, TMJ, and sleep apnea treatment.
