Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator

What You'll Do
Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
Verify insurance benefits and collect patient information
Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
Coordinate with clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
Maintain an organized front office and assist with administrative tasks
Help create a positive, caring atmosphere for every patient
What We're Looking For
Previous dental front office experience preferred
Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a busy practice

Monday–Thursday 6:45am-5:00pm, Friday 7:45am-12:00pm
