Dental Administrator– Smile Studio

Invisalign-Focused Practice
Be part of a practice where Invisalign is a major focus. You'll help guide patients through their smile transformation by coordinating consultations, scheduling treatment, and providing exceptional customer service from their first phone call to their final appointment.

What You'll Do
Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression
Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
Verify insurance and process claims
Present treatment estimates and discuss financial options
Coordinate Invisalign consultations and follow-up appointments
Manage patient recalls and help maintain a productive schedule
Assist with administrative projects and daily office operations
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Who We're Looking For
Previous dental administration experience is preferred
Experience with ClearDent is considered an asset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Passionate about helping patients and delivering exceptional service
