Job Description
Lynn Valley Dental Centre is looking for an experienced, confident, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. We are a well-established, modern dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a warm, friendly, and professional environment.

Qualifications:
Dental Receptionist Certificate (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience in Canada (mandatory)
Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment coordination
Experience with dental software (Tracker experience preferred)
Knowledge of dental insurance plans, estimates, claims, and predeterminations
Confident in presenting and explaining treatment plans and financial arrangements to patients
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries in a professional manner
Process insurance claims, predeterminations, and follow-ups
Prepare and clearly explain treatment estimates and financial options
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts
Manage recalls and patient communication systems
Coordinate effectively with dentists, hygienists, and specialists to support patient care
Assist with overall front desk and administrative duties to support smooth clinic operations
