Dental Receptionist – Full Time

We’re a busy and well-established dental practice just off Queen Street West looking for a Full-Time Dental Receptionist who is warm, organized, and customer-focused.

What You’ll Be Doing
Greeting and dismissing patients
Managing phone, email, and text communication
Productive scheduling and appointment coordination
Recall and patient follow-up management
Supporting the administrative needs of the office
Working full-time hours, including a couple of evenings
What We’re Looking For
Previous dental reception experience preferred (Abeldent experience is an asset)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
