Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly first impression
Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software such as Dentrix and Recall Max
Verify patient insurance information and process payments accurately at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, confirm appointments, and relay messages promptly
Maintain electronic medical records with precision, ensuring all patient information is current and confidential
Assist with patient check-in/check-out procedures, including collecting necessary documentation and updating medical histories
Support the dental team by handling administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and correspondence related to medical terminology and records
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a dental office setting is highly preferred
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is a strong plus
Knowledge of dental terminology and electronic medical records systems is essential for accuracy and efficiency
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and scheduling
Prior office experience in a fast-paced environment demonstrating adaptability and professionalism

Well-established busy clinic with multiple Doctors and Hygienists
Clinical hours : Mondays to Thursdays 9 AM – 6 PM and Fridays from 8 AM – 3 PM.
Health Benefits Plan (upon passing 3 month probationary period)
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
