Pathways Dental Care is Hiring!

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our busy and growing dental practice.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with patients, communicates well, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage the day-to-day responsibilities of a busy dental front desk.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of dental reception experience is required
Experience with Dentrix dental software is required
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Strong scheduling and appointment management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable handling a busy phone system and multiple priorities
Professional, dependable, organized, and a strong team player
Responsibilities
Greeting and checking patients in and out
Answering phones, emails, and patient inquiries
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Managing doctor and hygiene schedules efficiently
Collecting and processing patient payments
Maintaining accurate patient records in Dentrix
Supporting the clinical and administrative team with daily office operations
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is positive, reliable, proactive, and confident working in a busy dental environment. You should be comfortable communicating with patients and working closely with the entire dental team.

Please note: A minimum of 1 year of dental reception experience and previous Dentrix experience are required. Applicants without dental office experience will not be considered.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36.0 per week
