Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently
Manage patient records and process insurance claims
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with treatment management and patient communication regarding care plans
Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
What a Typical Day Looks Like
You’ll start your day preparing the front desk for patient arrivals, reviewing the schedule, and ensuring everything is set for a smooth flow. Throughout the day, you’ll greet patients, manage bookings, handle calls, support treatment coordination, and keep things running seamlessly alongside the clinical team. No two days are exactly the same—and that’s part of what makes this role so rewarding!
Qualifications
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor
Experience in dental or medical reception is an asset (but not required)
Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
Ability to work well in a team environment
