We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant dental team! Full-Time temporary position- Late December- April End
Monday-Friday- 10am to 7pm// Saturday- 10am-4pm
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally as they arrive, creating a positive first impression.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using dental practice management software Dentimax.
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and provide information promptly.
Verify patient insurance details and process payments accurately at the front desk.
Maintain organized electronic medical records (EMRs) and ensure all patient information is up-to-date and confidential.
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence to support smooth office operations.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure timely patient flow and efficient appointment scheduling.
