Job Description
Missouri Gardens Dental – Private, 1 Doctor Practice
Location: 15 N. Missouri Ave, Clearwater, FL. 33755
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (No weekends or evenings!); To arrive at office at 7:10/7:15am.
Pay: $23 – $27 per hour (based on experience)
* Our front desk who has been with us for 30 years is moving! We are SO sad to see her leave, but wish her the best on her move!

Missouri Gardens Dental is a busy, patient-centered private dental practice with one doctor and a wonderful, close-knit team. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care in a friendly, positive environment. Our staff genuinely enjoys working together, and we’re looking for a new team member who shares that same team-first mindset.
We are looking to hire an experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist who is reliable, detail-oriented, and brings a warm, bubbly personality to our front office. Dental experience is strongly recommended, but we are happy to train the right candidate with some customer service and/or a dental office background.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a friendly smile and deliver outstanding customer service
Answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in/out, & manage the daily schedule efficiently
Verify insurance benefits
Use OpenDental software for patient records, recalls, and confirmations
Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
Support the clinical team and contribute to smooth office operation
What We’re Looking For:
Previous dental receptionist, dental front desk, or medical office experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with OpenDental is a big plus (training provided for the right fit)
Friendly, bubbly personality with excellent communication skills
Highly reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Professional demeanor and ability to multitask
