Dental Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. We are specialty office providing endodontic care . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and coordinating referral and providing excellent customer service to our patients and referrals. We are non-assignment office.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls and manage inquiries efficiently

- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records accurately

- Verify insurance information and process payments

- Assist with billing and coding tasks

- Able to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively

- Working days are Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri 8hrs shift and at times can be 9hrs. We start at 8am
Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist in Canada

- Proficiency with dental office software.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
