Join Our Team! Dental Receptionist Wanted at a Busy Dental Practice
We are a modern, fast-paced dental practice focused on comprehensive patient care and clinical excellence — and we’re looking for a Dental Receptionist to be the warm and professional face of our office.
Position: Permanent Full-Time (Monday-Friday)
Start Date: “Immediately”
About the Role:
As our front-desk ambassador, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our patients and supporting our clinical team. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage insurance claims and pre-authorizations
Answer phones and respond to inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years experience in a dental or medical office
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Proficiency with dental software (ABELDent an asset but not required)
We are looking to change to ClearDent software in the future
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor and appearance
