We are currently seeking an experienced, professional, and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in maintaining the smooth flow of daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who is confident, detail-oriented, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced dental environment.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist
Proficiency with Dentrix is a MUST
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience with insurance verification and billing procedures is an asset
Knowledge of dental terminology and dental office workflows preferred
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly
Manage appointment scheduling using Dentrix
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally
Verify insurance information and process payments
Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
Coordinate efficiently with dentists and clinical staff
Handle administrative duties including data entry, scanning, emailing, and filing
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Deliver exceptional customer service and patient experience
