Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and organized DENTAL Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, manage appointment scheduling, and handle administrative tasks with efficiency and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using dental practice management software such as ABELDENT
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and handle patient communications
Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing procedures
Maintain accurate electronic medical records in compliance with privacy regulations
Collect payments, process insurance claims, and handle administrative paperwork
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
Experience
Prior experience as a DENTAL RECEPTIONIST is REQUIRED(1-2 years)
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as ABELDENT is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records systems
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and records
Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling front desk responsibilities
Office experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial
