Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental team. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
Greet patients as they come into the office and answer phones in a professional manner.
Schedule patient dental appointments, submit insurance claims and take patient payments using ABELDent software.
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
Dental Assistant Certification (level I or II) an asset: help sterilize dental instruments, assist the dentist and perform dental scans when needed.
Skills
Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with patients and their families.
Proficiency in ABELDent software an asset but not required as we are willing to train.
Experience in a dental office setting.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients quickly.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Adaptability and willingness to learn with a positive attitude.
