We are a modern, boutique private practice in Langley looking for a vibrant Administrative Professional to join our tight-knit team for a 15-month maternity leave contract starting this month (June 2026). Because our practice is growing rapidly, there is a strong possibility of this transitioning into a permanent role for the right candidate.

Your Role: "Director of First Impressions"
As the heart of our front office operations, you will shape the patient journey from the moment a family walks through our doors.
Master the Schedule: Efficiently manage, optimize, and confirm appointments to ensure a smooth, seamless clinical flow.
Navigate Dental Financials: Handle patient payments and process complex dental insurance claims (including private insurance and CDCP) with high precision.
Be the Office Ambassador: Greet every family with genuine warmth, answer phone inquiries, and guide parents through office policies with clarity and empathy.
Curate the Patient Journey: Ensure every child feels safe, welcome, and excited to visit the dentist, while ensuring parents feel fully supported.

Tech Savvy: Previous experience with Cleardent is a major asset.
Position Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in dental reception is highly preferred.
Education: A Dental Receptionist Certificate is required if you are transitioning from another administrative field.
Commitment: Must be available for a full 15-month term starting June 2026.
Heart: A genuine passion for working with children and helping families navigate their healthcare journey.
