Our team is close-knit, supportive, and passionate about what we do — and we’re looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join us at the front desk!

What You'll Be Doing:
Welcoming patients with a warm, professional attitude
Managing the schedule and coordinating appointments
Answering phones and handling patient inquiries
Processing insurance claims and payments
Ensuring the front desk runs smoothly by following implemented systems and protocols
The Details:
Schedule: Monday–Thursday or Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm
No evenings

What We're Looking For:
Experience in dental reception is a must
Someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and good with people
Comfort with dental software (Oryx) is a plus! — but not a must
A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
