Dental Receptionist

This is a professional dental practice and candidates must be able to maintain a professional image in dress and appearance. They must be able to find ways to be productive throughout each day. As part of this they should be able to demonstrate multitasking and time management skills. They should show consistent improvement through the appropriate application of ideas, systems, and methods to improve the patient experience, and to promote the continued growth of the practice. Also candidates should be capable of thinking ahead to anticipate needs. Candidates must have have excellent customer service skills, phone experience, be adaptable/trainable, maintain a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, dependable, intelligent and detail oriented. Experience previously working in the dental field or knowledge working with Dentrix software or bilingual is a plus. Position responsibilities include, making and taking calls, scheduling, taking payments for services, greeting patients and checking them in and out and insuring all patient paper work has been filled out and scanned into their charts properly.
