Dental Receptionist (Orthodontic Office)
Compensation: Competitive, Above-Market Pay
Location: Yonge and Eglinton (Right beside the subway station)
Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm. Wednesday & Friday: 9:00am – 1:00pm.
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our fast-paced orthodontic office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for patients, and providing essential administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Greet and Welcome Patients: Ensure every patient feels comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.
Manage Communications and Scheduling : Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage phone systems effectively. Efficiently coordinate patient visits and maintain the calendar using our electronic records system.
Financial Management: Process patient payments and address billing inquiries as needed.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with dental staff to provide seamless patient care.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Personable and Professional: You love interacting with people and making them feel comfortable
Experience Preferred: Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role within a dental or medical office is an asset.
Strong Communication Skills: You communicate effectively with patients and staff, both verbally and in writing.
Organizational Skills: You can multitask in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.
Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using electronic records systems and administrative software.
