Job Description
Our fast-paced and growing dental practice is looking to add a Dental Administrator to our team! We're a well-established, privately-owned clinic located in West Kelowna with two wonderful doctors. We're a close-knit team that likes to have fun together, with regular team outings alongside a supportive, friendly atmosphere
The position is 4–5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with no weekends. Our hours of operation are Monday and Tuesday 8am–4pm, Wednesday and Thursday 11am–7pm, and Friday 9am–3pm.
Our ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and a positive team player with a genuine dedication to providing outstanding patient service. If you're a detail-oriented person who thrives in a busy front-desk environment and wants to be part of a team that actually likes coming to work, we'd love to meet you. Experience with Dentrix is an asset but not required, we're happy to train the right person.
