Dental Receptionist – Full or Part Time (16 - 40 hours per week)
$16–$20 an hour

Schedule: Full-time, 32–40 hours per week; or, Part-time 16-24 hours per week);
NO weekends!

Commute pay of $40/day for travel between offices (2–4 days per month depending on FT or PT status)

What You’ll Do:
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
Answer phones, respond to texts and emails
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Manage patient records, forms, and data entry
Collect co-payments, and assist with payment plans
Support smooth patient flow throughout the day
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Experience in dental, medical, or vision offices is helpful
