Dental Receptionist

We are seeking an individual who possesses these qualities and more to oversee and maintain our very busy growing schedule as we are expanding. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a welcoming demeanor with our patients and staff. Yes, we are looking for someone who is committed to excellence in all aspects of patient care!

The role includes but is not limited to:
Supporting patient's arrival and departure
Configuring schedule to best suit the patient and practice needs
Answering incoming calls, confirming appointments, making sure the schedule flows properly for all providers
Presenting treatment plans and handling financial arrangements for patients
Handling Insurance
Reactivation and patient retention
Dental knowledge a must. Pay based on experience.
