Dental Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing pediatric dental team! Our office is fast-paced, family-oriented, and focused on creating a positive experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking in patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Answering phones and responding to voicemails
Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
Collecting copays and processing payments
Managing patient records and paperwork
Coordinating with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Providing excellent customer service to children and parents

Strong communication and multitasking skills
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dental front desk experience preferred,
Experience with insurance verification and scheduling is a plus
Bilingual
