We are a friendly and professional dental clinic located in Nanoose Bay, seeking a reliable and organized Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. This is a key front-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in patients
Schedule and confirm appointments
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Process insurance claims and predeterminations
Collect payments and explain treatment estimates
Maintain accurate patient records
Manage recall and continuing care appointments
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
Assist with general administrative duties
Qualifications:
Previous dental reception experience preferred
Experience with dental practice management software is an asset
Knowledge of CDCP and dental insurance is an asset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Professional, reliable, and a team player
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
