Part-Time Dental Receptionist
3 Days per Week
Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service and looking to build a rewarding career in dentistry? We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Please read before applying:
A Dental Administrative Receptionist Certificate OR previous dental reception experience is required.

Applicants without dental education or dental reception experience will not be considered.

Saturday availability is mandatory.

Schedule
3 days per week
Saturday 9-5:30pm, Sunday 11-6pm and Monday 930am - 630pm
Responsibilities
Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude
Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
Manage patient records and treatment schedules
Process payments and insurance claims
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain a positive and organized front desk environment
Qualifications
Dental Administrative Receptionist Certificate OR previous dental reception experience
New graduates from a Dental Administrative Receptionist program are welcome to apply
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
Experience with Tracker or other dental software is an asset
