Cabana Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. We are a modern, fast-paced family and cosmetic dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities
Welcome and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Verify insurance coverage and process claims
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy regulations
Qualifications
Previous dental reception experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with dental insurance billing is an asset
Experience with Open Dental software is considered a strong asset
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
