We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our doctor owned oral surgery practice. (Not corporate and not private equity). In this essential role, you will be one of the welcoming faces of our practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help coordinate patient scheduling and facilitate seamless communication between patients and the clinical staff. Duties
Greet patients warmly, verify their appointment details, and check in efficiently using our practice management system.
Schedule appointments accurately, manage cancellations, and coordinate follow-up visits with precision
Handle patient inquiries via phone and in person with professional phone etiquette and active listening skills
Communicate clearly and professionally with referring dental offices.
