We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Dental Receptionist to be the face of our practice and help create a positive first impression for every patient who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the first point of contact and a key part of keeping our office running smoothly:
Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar
Verify insurance and assist with patient check-in/check-out
Maintain accurate patient records
Handle billing questions and payments
Help create a smooth, stress-free patient experience
What We’re Looking For
Previous dental front desk experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
A positive, team-player attitude
