Dental Receptionist

Sunridge Smile Dental is looking for a friendly, energetic and a self-starter for the position of dental office receptionist (Full time) in our dental office in NE Calgary.

We are looking for:
⦁ Full Time with weekend availability
1 year of experience as a receptionist in a dental office preferred, but not required
Greeting and addressing potential patients
Answering phone calls and interest in building a good rapport with patients
Patient scheduling and organizing staff schedules accordingly
Submitting insurance claims and sending pre-determinations
Processing payments and billings
Sorting and replying to mails, emails and reviews
Executing daily administration and office co-ordination as and when required
Working knowledge of dental software and dental insurance codes
Proficiency in computers and reasonably good typing skills
Ordering supplies and handling deliveries
Assisting with back-office as and when needed

Fluency in communicating English mandatory, however knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi would be an asset
