Dental Receptionist
Greater Endodontics
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our practice. Our office is built on teamwork, accountability, and a shared commitment to exceptional patient care. We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, a strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 7:45am-5:30pm
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills
Dental Front Office experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Experience with dental practice management software
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
