Are you a skilled dental receptionist with a passion for patient care? We’re seeking an exceptional individual to be the welcoming face of our specialty dental practice!
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Scheduling: Coordinate appointments across various specialties to optimize patient flow.
Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly and provide information about treatments and procedures.
Insurance Verification and Billing: Handle insurance claims and verify patient eligibility for dental benefits.
Coordination with Specialists: Collaborate with dental specialists for seamless patient care and referrals.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records electronically.
Practice Management Software: Knowledge of DENTRIX
Problem Resolution: Address patient concerns with empathy and find solutions to enhance their experience

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
