Dental Receptionist
Northern Colorado Endodontics
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive patient experience while supporting the smooth day to day operations of our fast paced endodontic practice. Our team is committed to expanding patient access to care and delivering informative, compassionate, and high quality root canal treatment with exceptional patient care and service.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 7:15am-4:15pm
Must be flexible to cover shifts at alternate locations and attend offsite meetings. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between locations with notice from management are required.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of dental front office experience
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Experience with dental practice management software
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
