Dental Receptionist – Join Our Amazing Team in Beautiful Squamish, BC!
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our established dental practice in the heart of beautiful Squamish.
Our practice has proudly served the Squamish community for over two decades, and we’ve recently moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility designed to provide exceptional care in a modern and welcoming environment.
If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a team atmosphere, and want to build a rewarding career in dentistry, we would love to meet you. Experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
Welcoming and checking in patients
Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
Processing payments and insurance claims
Maintaining patient records using ClearDent software
Supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Dental reception experience is an asset but not required
Experience with ClearDent is a bonus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
