Dental Receptionist

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Dental Receptionist to join our endodontic practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing front desk operations with efficiency and a friendly demeanor. This role requires strong administrative skills, using TDO and Intiveo software (full training provided) The Dental Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring smooth patient flow, accurate record keeping, and excellent customer service. We are looking to fill a permanent full time position to come grow with us
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using TDO and Intiveo software
Manage incoming calls to answer inquiries and provide information
Verify patient insurance information and update electronic medical records accurately
Collect payments, co-pays, submit insurance estimates and claims
Maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
Coordinate communication between endodontists, assistants and patients.

Ensure the reception area remains clean, welcoming, and well-organized
Requirements
Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist preferred, minimum 1 year
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills, in person and phone manner, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00-$30.80 per hour
