The Vibe:
We are willing to train and teach you to be awesome at customer service and communication- no dental background needed! Of course, if you know all about dentistry, that is also welcome. This role involves a lot of multi-tasking, meeting and greeting customers, note taking, follow ups, and some artistic/creative ability.
Schedule and Details:
-Full time (35-40 hours per week)
-Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm
-Friday 7:30am-1:30pm
-Tools of the trade: phone, computer, email, text, Google Docs, Canva, and your smarts
Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist patients, ensuring a welcoming environment
-Provide excellent customer service
-Communicate in a dynamic way in order to gain new customers
-Use patient management software, keep excellent notes
-Answer phone calls, email, and texts in a timely and professional manner
-Reach out to customers to assist with scheduling, etc.
-Use Canva, AI, etc. to create newsletters, flyers, social media, etc.

-You are a happy, no-drama person who loves to learn and grow

The Rewards:
-$22-26 per hour + bonuses.
