A Day in the Life
As a front office team member at Dental and Aesthetics of Pittsburgh, a typical day might include
the following:

- Arriving 15 minutes early to huddle with your team to celebrate yesterday’s wins, address the
opportunities, and prepare for today’s patients. You walked in prepared and ready!

- Working with a driven team

- Caring for patients who truly appreciates you.

- Working in an office that is busy yet fun

- Treating every patient like your own mother

- Checking in between 20-30 patients each day

- Interfacing with patients through phone, email, and other platforms in a professional manner

- Multitasking between different roles at the same time

- Navigating solutions independently to serve patient requests

- Assisting with presenting treatment plans and financial agreements

- Assisting with all administrative tasks

- Answering phone calls and follow ups within regular business hours

- Following up on large cases to aid patients in financing options
