Job Overview
We are a modern, patient-focused denture clinic. Our clinic is known for high clinical standards, a supportive team environment, and a strong focus on patient education and care. We offer a full range of denture and implant-supported prosthetic services and pride ourselves on quality workmanship and long-term patient relationships. We are a growing clinic who is looking to expand and add a long-term receptionist to our team.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression
Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
Verify patient information and update electronic medical records accurately using systems such as Maxident, Toothe, and Hushmail
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including collecting payments and insurance information
Maintain organized front desk area and ensure all patient documentation is complete and confidential
Coordinate appointment scheduling with the dental team to optimize daily workflow
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Support the team by managing office supplies and ensuring the cleanliness of the reception area and waiting room
Educate patients on basic denture and implant care
Adhere to all HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality
Skills
Proven experience as a Dental/Denturist Receptionist or in a medical office setting with familiarity using Maxident and/or other systems.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental and healthcare environments
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and office equipment
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Office experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and data management
Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills
Experience working with front desk operations in dental or medical offices is highly desirable
Collect payments (cash, card, insurance claims)
Verify insurance coverage, process insurance claims and pre-authorizations
Issue receipts and maintain accurate financial records

Monday - Thursday 8am - 430pm
Friday 8am - 1pm
Paid sick days
