Job Overview
KV Dental is looking for a friendly, organized detail orientated receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our patients, you would play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring our practice runs smoothly. (Note: This is a rare opportunity as this position was held by the same individual for almost 17 years).
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Greet patients with a warm smile and assist them with check-in/check-out procedures
Scheduling: Manage the office calendar, confirm appointments and fill cancellations to maximize clinic flow
Administration: Answer phone calls, process payments, manage insurance claims/billing with accuracy. Prepare bank deposits
Communication: Act as the liaison between patients and the clinical team
Clinic Coordination: Efficienctly manage the schedule and maintain accurate patient records
Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a dental office is preferred, though we are willing to train the right candidate
Skills: Computer skills required and knowledge of Dentrix software is an asset
Traits: Exceptional multi-tasking abilities, a professional demeanor, and a "patient first" attitude

Clinic Hours and Schedule:
We are seeking a candidate for 3-4 days per week, or possibly 3.5-4.5 days a week (with some opportunities for possibly 5 days a week). Some flexibility with schedule- to be discussed.
-Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 8;15 AM- 4:30 PM
-Tuesdays; 10:15 AM- 6:15 PM (Great for those who prefer a later start!)
- Fridays (select) 8:15- 430 PM
